Do you photograph weddings outside Lancashire?
‍Yes! We love how easy it is to travel around the UK, therefore we will go wherever you want us! Are you getting married in the south? We’re up for it…on the top of a mountain?! Definitely! Just get in touch today!

‍Do you do destination weddings?
‍Yes, we do. We’ve have previously done weddings in countries such as Germany, Switzerland and USA. We allocate some days throughout the year specifically for destination weddings – feel free to contact us if you would like to know if your date is available.

‍Do you provide wedding albums?
Absolutely! We have some incredible suppliers that produce the most stunning albums. While our standard rate doesn’t include a wedding album, we would be happy to send you details of album pricing.

‍What if I want to make our own wedding album?
‍You will receive full printing rights to your photos, so if you would like another album style than those we offer, then of course you can print them with whichever company you would like.

‍Do you have insurance?
‍Yes! 100% yes!

‍Can you hold a date for us?
‍In order to secure your date, we will need a deposit and a signed contract. If we have received two enquiries with the same date, the first one to pay the deposit and provide the signed contract will get that date.

‍Do you offer a discount?
‍Unfortunately, we do not. Our packages have been carefully priced according to their value. There are many costs that go unseen with regards to running a wedding photography business and while we would love to be able to offer discounts, we try as much as possible to keep our prices accessible.

‍What happens if one of you or, even both of you get sick or can’t attend our wedding?
‍Hopefully, it won’t happen! But in case it does, we have a few photographers we trust, with a very similar style to ours that we can appoint to cover us. We would then edit the pictures with our signature style. The same would happen if one of us can’t be there (which would only be in an extreme case), we would invite a trusted photographer to be our second shooter for the day.

‍Do you visit the venue before the wedding day?
As we photograph weddings all over the UK and beyond, we are not able to visit venues before the wedding, but it’s not a problem for us. Throughout the year, we shoot in many venues for the first time, and in such cases, we spend some time researching the location online. On the day of the wedding, we arrive 30 minutes earlier to do a location scout to get the best spots based on the available lighting.

‍How long does it take to get our photos back?
‍We ask for 12 weeks from the wedding date, but usually, our couples receive them earlier than that. We make sure we don’t rush the process of editing your pictures, as they are too precious to just process them without care. You will receive a sneak-peek within 48 hours after the wedding. We know you’ll be looking forward to seeing them so we won’t leave you waiting for too long!

‍How many images will we receive?
‍This will depend a lot on the nature of the day, but we guarantee a minimum of 500 images for full-day weddings. We will of course shoot way more than this on the day, especially with two of us capturing, but will need take out all the closed eyes, unflattering shots and anything mis-focussed, so you get to enjoy the best images.

Do you do family & group formal photos?
‍Yes, we do. And since there are always two of us, one of us will be in charge of photographing the family and groups, while the other photographer will be capturing your guests enjoying the cocktail hour. However, we always encourage you to keep the number of group shots as low as possible so that you can enjoy your day with your guests.

‍Can we see a full wedding gallery?
‍Yes! We would be happy to show you what we typically cover on a full wedding day. Drop us a message today and we'll send you a link. But feel also free to visit the Journal page. We don't only show the best of the best, we show how we cover the wedding from start to finish by telling the story of the day.

‍Will we get access to RAW and unedited files?
‍Unfortunately, no. We carefully select the images that reflect our high standards and edit them with our signature style, which we’re hoping you already like 😉.

‍Do we need to provide you with a meal?
‍Yes, please. Wedding days can be very long and busy, and often start early as well. We are constantly thinking about the next thing and to be honest, food sometimes is the last thing we think about, but we do need it. Unfortunately, we won’t have time to go out and look for a place to eat and so appreciate it very much when our couples are happy to provide us with a meal. It helps our schedule to run smoothly and focus on every detail of your wedding day. However, we don’t expect to sit and eat with the wedding guests – we actually prefer not to, as we use this time to back up our files. We also try to eat as quickly as possible so we’re ready to work again when needed. Please ensure that your venue is aware of this in advance. And just one quick note: we  don’t usually take pictures during meal times as people don’t typically like to be photographed while they are eating, so we always seek to respect that!

‍We would love to meet you before we book, is it possible?
‍Yes, it is! We love meeting couples and we only book weddings after meeting at least one of you. This meeting can be either via Skype/Facetime or we’re also happy to go out for a coffee. Contact us here and let’s talk!
